Meet Our Team

Greg Racki
Managing Attorney
Greg has been practicing estate planning since 2006. His work focuses exclusively on estate planning, trustee services, and probate—from simple wills to complex trust structures and tax strategies for individuals and their families.

He founded RackiLaw in 2009 after working in WilmerHale’s Private Client Department. Greg was named a Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly “Go To Lawyer” in Trusts & Estates, listed in Super Lawyers, recognized by Bests Lawyers in America, and named a “Five Star Professional” in Boston Magazine.

Greg joined the Boston University School of Law faculty in 2023, teaching Trusts & Estates and Advanced Estate Plan Drafting. He holds a degree in Economics from Stonehill College and graduated cum laude from BU School of Law, where he was an editor of the Law Review and a G. Joseph Tauro Distinguished Scholar.

He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, and has been a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council, the Boston Trusts and Estates Consortium, the BBA, MBA, and ABA.

Anna Braman
Associate Attorney
Anna joined RackiLaw in August of 2024 as an Associate Attorney after graduating from Boston University School of Law in May. She first gained an interest in estate planning during Greg’s Trusts & Estates class in her second year of law school at BU. The following semester she held a law clerk position at a boutique estate planning firm in the Greater Boston area, where she gained more exposure to estate planning and probate.

During law school, Anna participated in the Women’s Law Association and the Health Law Association. She served as Managing Editor for the American Journal of Law & Medicine and was published in the New England Journal of Medicine and the Journal of the American Medical Association. She also has a degree in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College.

Anna is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association.

Nicole O'Brien
Practice Manager
Nicole coordinates the day-to-day operations of RackiLaw, overseeing filings, meetings, document execution, and client communications. She ensures everything runs smoothly and that clients feel informed and supported at each step.
​
Nicole brings extensive experience in business development and operational leadership, having worked with both large organizations and smaller professional service firms. She graduated with honors from Syracuse University with a dual major in International Relations and Anthropology, and recently earned a graduate certificate in Applied Business Analytics from Boston University.

Fee Schedule
The most transparent you will find.
The firm's policy is to negotiate a single fixed price for all legal services. This progressive "flat-fee" approach provides clients with predictability and peace of mind, while aligning the interests of client and attorney. The fee encompasses all legal services, including multiple consultations, drafting of documents, travel time, and administrative expenses.
​
A standard estate plan (including a will, health care proxy, power of attorney, and assistance with retirement plan beneficiary designations) is $1,800 for an individual and $2,400 for a married couple.
​
Adding revocable "living" trusts to an estate plan is $1,000 for an individual and $1,400 for a married couple.
Adding more advanced trusts (rarely needed) range in price from $500 to $5,000.

Initial consultations are provided free of charge.
