We know that estate planning can feel unfamiliar and overwhelming. Our role is to make it easier. We start by understanding your goals and your family’s structure, then guide you through the decisions and documents needed to build a complete, tailored plan.

We take the time to explain each step, answer your questions, and make sure you feel confident in the decisions you’re making. We have designed a straightforward process designed to give you clear guidance, control over your decisions, and long-term peace of mind.

Our Estate Plans Include

Every plan is different, but here are some of the tools we commonly use to help clients prepare for the future:

Will

Designate guardianship for minor children, appoint a Personal Representative, and distribute belongings and assets.

Revocable Trust

Control assets during your life, minimize estate taxes, avoid probate at death, and provide long-term protection for beneficiaries.

Health Care Proxy

Designate an individual to make medical decisions for you, if you are incapacitated.

Power of Attorney

Authorize someone to handle financial or legal matters, if you become incapacitated.

Pricing and Engagement

We offer estate planning services on a flat-fee basis, so you will know the total cost upfront. This approach includes all consultations, document drafting, meeting time, overseeing the signing meeting, and providing guidance on trust funding.

Basic Plan:

$1,800 for individuals / $2,400 for married couples (Includes a will, health care proxy, and power of attorney)

Add a Revocable Trust:

+$1,000 (individual) / +$1,400 (married couple)

Advanced Trusts:

$1,000–$3,000, depending on complexity and type
