Our Estate Plans Include

Every plan is different, but here are some of the tools we commonly use to help clients prepare for the future:

Will

Designate guardianship for minor children, appoint a Personal Representative, and distribute belongings and assets.

Revocable Trust

Control assets during your life, minimize estate taxes, avoid probate at death, and provide long-term protection for beneficiaries.

Health Care Proxy

Designate an individual to make medical decisions for you, if you are incapacitated.

Power of Attorney

Authorize someone to handle financial or legal matters, if you become incapacitated.

Pricing and Engagement

We offer estate planning services on a flat-fee basis, so you will know the total cost upfront. This approach includes all consultations, document drafting, meeting time, overseeing the signing meeting, and providing guidance on trust funding.

Basic Plan:

$1,800 for individuals / $2,400 for married couples (Includes a will, health care proxy, and power of attorney)

Add a Revocable Trust:

+$1,000 (individual) / +$1,400 (married couple)

Advanced Trusts:

$1,000–$3,000, depending on complexity and type
